Routine Procedures
This is a sense of the series of actions that takes place when you visit our clinic.
Arriving as a patient
If you are with a car, you can leave it at the hospital's parking lot. When you arrive, a member of the security staff welcomes and directs you to the receptionist. Your vital signs, including your height, weight, blood presure, BMI (Body Mass Index), and other vitals, are all recorded by the attending nurse in the waiting room after the receptionist registers you. The Nurse will accompany you to see the doctor once he or she is ready. The remainder of your care comes next. All in, we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. You are always welcome to speak with the Service Manager whose desk you would encountered should your experience not meet your expectation.
Booking an appointment
Although we accept walk-in outpatients and emergency situations, it is typically preferable if you can make an appointment in advance. You may either call our receptionist who will assist you in scheduling an appointment over the phone, or you can fill out our appointment request form so that someone will contact you with open dates for the doctor you need to see. Payment for care
Although Gosab Medical is a private establishment, our objective is to assist everybody who comes to us to regain and maintain their health rather than to acquire cash. As a result, Gosab's guiding concept is to first give the finest treatment possible before charging a fair price that would pay our expenses and keep the hospital's operations at a high standard. In general, payments are made via a smart card provided by our clinic in which it can be topped up at the clinic and be used to pay for all services provided by the clinic.
